Please book your first session online; Paul will coordinate the remaining hours with you in person during your first visit. Valid for 3 months.
Cancellation Policy
Assistenz Par Paul – Service Policy By booking a service with Assistenz Par Paul (APP), you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms: Scope of Services APP offers non-medical, everyday support services such as accompaniment to appointments, help with errands, admin assistance, light tech support, and companionship. No medical, hygiene, or regulated personal care is provided. Service Area Services are available in Luxembourg City and surrounding communes. Requests outside this area may be subject to availability or additional fees. Appointments & Punctuality Please be ready at the scheduled time. If you are not available or reachable at the agreed location, the session may be shortened or considered complete after 15 minutes. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund or alternate time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, but no refund will be issued. Appointments cannot be rescheduled to a later date for the purpose of refund, and each appointment may only be rescheduled once. Monthly Packages Hours purchased as part of a package must be used within the month and cannot be carried forward unless otherwise agreed. Payments All prices are in euros (€) and subject to VAT. Payment is due prior to or on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed. Privacy & Respect All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR. Respect and professionalism are at the heart of the service, and a safe, courteous environment is expected from both parties. Jurisdiction These services are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In case of any dispute, the courts of Luxembourg City shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
