Appointments can be refunded or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
If notice is given less than 72 hours in advance, the appointment can be rescheduled once, but no refund will be issued.
Appointments may only be rescheduled once.
Please note: It is not possible to reschedule an appointment for a later date in order to obtain a refund. Refunds are only available when cancellations are made more than 72 hours in advance.
