I’ve spent over a decade helping people—whether that’s supporting elderly residents, tutoring students, or simply lending a hand when needed. I started Assistenz Par Paul because I saw a simple need: sometimes, you just need someone kind to help with the everyday things.
I speak Luxembourgish, French, German, and English, and I believe that independence and connection go hand in hand.

I’m Josh, and I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Assistenz Par Paul. With a background in admin, marketing, logistics, and bookkeeping, my role is to make sure Paul can focus on what matters most: the people.
Through my work at JNB, I’ve supported a wide range of community-focused projects across Luxembourg. I’m passionate about clear communication, thoughtful organisation, and building systems that feel human—not corporate. Like Paul, I believe kindness and structure can go hand in hand.
